What would be even more hilarious would be if deals were inked for a total amount of soybeans sold to China for the upcoming year of 32MMT. It would be huge and more than 4 MMT than this year(17/18). That is until one sees that the US sold 35+MMT in 16/17. But I am sure the headlines would never read like that. Anything less than 35MMT to China is no victory, but rather normal expected business.
