Let's pretend that the Tariff War with China did not happen. 17 carryout in beans was 430 MB. with a yield of 49.1. In 2018 the yield stands at 51.6, (speaking in rough terms) we would be looking at a carryout for 18 of 600 + MB, not bullish. Now with that in mind... where would fall prices for soy's be trading at? 9.50- 9.80. My point is if we do see an agreement between Trump and China and beans rally do not be afraid to do some form of hedging if these price levels were to be reached.
