Civil and criminal court are 2 different animals. Criminal is beyond reasonable doubt, civil is basically get 51% and win. And with a jury of SF hippies, go figure he won. I would bet a $100 this will not stick and will have to get out of district 9 before it does, then the guy will end up with some legal bills.
