Was in Pipestone last night and a friend called me and said they had 3 inches and still raining about 3 miles south of town, where I was at on the west edge of town didn't get a half inch. When I went home the east side of town the water was half way up the tires on vehicles at the car dealership. Heard Jasper had over 5 inches according to FB.
