Off topic some. I don't understand the rental fee on a meter. Here was a tap fee. (hook up to line) Then the monthly service fee which is the same as if it had been a house. My tap fee was excused for planned volume. Meter is set at 50 lbs to match the line pressure I keep on my private system from the well. So it is pretty good size. I'm curious about the meter.
