It is adviseable to shrink pictures to acceptable size. It uploads much faster and more important it keeps visible here permanently. Pictures on hosting sites disappear in short order, while agtalk posts may be of interest long term.

works much better. It is an old and tiny program, it does not even install on your computer but runs out of the file. Download, unzip and put the file on your desktop. Double click, drag and drop your pics into the box to shrink.

Pics from any up-to-date camera or phone are way oversized for simple screen display. 200 or 300 kB is plenty for this purpose.
