| I read about folks having problems with leg and muscle cramps. I had been having leg cramps pretty much every night for a couple of years. No fun at all.
I was, and still do, eat at least one banana every day, good food, drugstore potassium and magnesium. I have even added an ounce a day of Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother.
After talking to a friend, he told me that I needed a better form of magnesium, that the drugstore stuff was not good enough. He suggested that I should get the kind that he takes. The stuff in my link. I ordered it and have been taking two pills before bed each night.
NO LEG CRAMPS since I started taking these about a month ago.
