The other thing would be to check out, if you're using a PWM valve for product control, make sure you don't have a Min PW set. Otherwise it will hold the control valve open. This is a common practice to keep system pressure up when the rate is 0, but only when AccuBoom is involved or quicker system pickup is desired.
