I have not seen a good noise cancelling earbud style.  I have been very satisfied with my LG HBS-730 model.  On a windy day or by loud equipment noise I cannot talk to anyone but have adapted for the comfort factor of the style for me.  I have tried different models over the years and will not use a brand that the other person cannot hear me well with.  Usually the sound quality for hearing is good but  There are differences in microphones.  I try to put on charger every night but goes for more than 1 day easily.  Lots of cheap ones out there to buy but try one out to make sure ti works before keeping.  I have tried some expensive ones and they are not good for talking on.
