Subject: Bringing a tractor into US from Canada

Northern Illinois

Found a Deere utility tractor in Canada. Tractor was built in Germany. Dealer has it. Being built in Germany is there tariffs since NAFTA probably wont apply ? Dealer is 11 miles from POE. Can you get back into the states with just a bill of sale ? Do you have go through a customs broker ? It small enough I want to pick it up with my pick up and GN. TIA
