If you are running the latest version of FieldView Cab (version 7.4 as of July 2018) connecting to your 20/20 and selecting 'Yes' when prompted whether it is yours should sync your data. Two things you could try if this isn't working:

1) Under Setup - > Systems -> Display -> Advanced Setup -> and then tap Unpair FieldView Account and then plug the iPad back in.
2) Delete the FieldView Cab app from the iPad and then download it again from the App Store. Then plug the iPad back in.
