First of all he is not milking the government he paid for the insurance and signed up for the program just like the majority of us here including me. Second I think he has to review his insurance policy if he ends up not produce any bushels it does not matter how low prices go he will only receive his guarantee he had last spring. The only time your guarantee will go up is when the fall price is higher.
