I tend to agree.
I see a big legal battle since the .gov approved the label. Would surely have to prove some sort of negligence in releasing the trait since the .gov can get wrapped in.
No issues here since we spent a couple extra thousand to give Monsanto extra tech fee to protect ourselves and also didn't plant our preferred proven bean because of it.
I do not understand why you would do that.
It makes no sense.
