I e-mailed you an "image" file for the Cruizer II. This is like reinstalling the operating system. If your Cruizer II is fairly old it will also stop your Cruizer II from starting up whenever you apply power. You must use the power button to start the unit now.
I've ran this twice and it's corrected weird issues I've had.
