| I live a quarter mile from some tracks. Some damage took place last night from the flooding so there is activity there today. A few are working further down the tracks while 6-7 workers are standing/sitting on the bridge visiting. Major inefficiency. Certainly this is not the only time this happens. I wonder how much cheaper rail rates could be if this sitting around didn’t take place?
