KS and NE in eastern 3rd | Why would a country not involved with the trade wars pay any extra to get SA beans instead of NA beans? Prices will shift with supply, so when China moves all business to SA other buyers come here. This was very evident back in April when trump announced the tariffs. SA immediately increased basis and buyers came to US to get beans.
The only thing that would hurt us is if China starts in on currency manipulation and the dollar vaue increases. | |
