If you could find a used Phoenix 300, especially the newer ones with the USB port on the back that are unlocked, that would be a good option, or else a new 600S, both of which use the Novatel OEM-628 engine. However, you'll need to be careful of what you're buying. These are often sold as base models, and it would be $4000 to unlock them to RTK capability with GLONASS.
