Helenville,WI | Just curious what opinions are on what basis levels will do in the upcoming months. Generally, if the expectation is that there will be a large crop locally, basis widens. Could basis actually narrow if buyers view $3 corn and $8 beans as an attractive area to own grain? I've seen the argument that corn carryover can't grow a lot with our current assumed planted acres.
