Owings, Maryland 38.6856 N 76.6752 W | I'll try to add a/some pics as well, all my boxes have at least 3 coats of brushed on Rustoleum safety yellow. Paint smooths out while drying and no brush marks are visible, seems to strengthen the boxes a bit, makes them easier to clean off later. Boxes are all well over 30 years old and need all the help they can get. Highly recommended procedure that I experimented with and was very pleased with the results !!!!!!!!!
