if you can download a shapefile of the coverage then a GIS program like QGIS can open the underlining data that will have the actual heading down to .0001 degree. Copy and paste to Excel do some sorting as your heading will have 180 degree differences and if you're near true north averaging 359 and 001 is a pain. Better to average 179 and 181.

My Wass guided tillage tractor does pretty good doing an set A then enter the heading. Remember .01 degree is 5.5" in a half mile.
