| Just a few quick thoughts:
Was the correct vehicle profile chosen?
Are all the connections tight on your wiring install job?
When you do steering test, does it steer both left and right correctly>
Are the wheel angle sensor counts correct, do you have a bad sensor? Could try calibrating without a WAS and see if that matters?
Is the ECU orientation correct?
I haven't installed on a 6xx challenger but these are a few issues that I have come across. I had a MX case one time that I forgot to tighten the connector screw but looked together. I chased that for a few hours, my own fault.
