Couple of things to look for. Number one on my list would be to pull the plug on the tank on the right side. The suction line runs to the bottom of the tank and there is a screen that fits over it. The screen will come out with the plug. Make sure it is clean.Next thing is the lines themselves but they are easy to check. Also the lift pump, check the engine oil to see if it has gained any. If so you need a new pump. . I think cleaning the screen will take care of it. Then add some diesel cleaner that will kill any sludge.

Post back if that doesn't help. Their are a few off the wall things that might cause your problem short of injection pump. One question does it start up after a few minutes and run ok??
