Generally, this is due to a wiring issue somewhere on the planter grounding out the system. The most common issue that I have seen, is a seed tube harness being pinched or rubbed through exposing wiring. Check all your seed tubes, most likely were the issue will be found. After that, move on to other harnesses and look for bad wiring or pinches.
20/20 can't supply 8V to sensors, help
