Eastern Iowa | We recently purchased a steering wheel anti-rotation kit from Ag Leader for a JD4440 to try out an Ag Leader Ontrac3 steering device. The kit showed up with a plastic top mounting ring – problem is you cannot get the screws tight enough to keep the gear ring below the steering wheel from slipping as it bends the plastic top ring. Their instructions show a medal top ring, not plastic, but our dealer says the plastic is correct. Anyone else run into this or did they not send the right items in the kit? The picture below from their instructions shows the medal top ring which is not what we got!!
