What weep hole are you talking about? Do you mean the hole with the cotter pin on the bottom of the tranny? If so, my best guess is that you have a fractured oil line coming into the side of your dual power control valve. Look for two steel tubes going into the RH side of the case behind the RH cab mount bracket. That's about the only thing I can think of that would cause a sudden major leak out that hole.

I'm hoping that your oil light coming on is related - in that the leak is so large that at idle the pump cannot keep up.

As for the PS, if it's not leaking any fluid, I can't see how air is getting into the system. How do you know that it is?
