The brown boxes are a real pain on their program. I think you will need to update the program. I had this problem years ago with my harvest doc. You have to go into the Info>ReProgram> then select your keycard. It should program it, it may be the autotrac or trac instead of key or whatever. It's been a while since I've done that.
