| I moved my JD Dry Rate Controller from my air cart (I was controlling three different bins) to my spinner spreader with a single bin. I am only controlling the speed of the apron with a PWM valve and a speed sensor from AgExpress. I am using the JD Dry Rate Controller and my 2630 display. Everything works but the speed of the apron is erratic. When I have a prescription loaded and driving across the field and its calling for 450 lbs. per acre it jumps anywhere from 150 lbs. to 675 lbs. and it should be putting 450 lbs. on in that zone. Any ideas as to why? Do I not have the right valve number in or is the valve not calibrated properly? | |
