| I will whole heartily agree that the trade completely ignores fundamentals and sends prices where ever they want at times (a lot of times). It's not their money so who cares - right? However, we do have surpluses of grains and even oil and that should pressure prices lower over time. This is obvious and takes no analysis whatsoever. The current grain prices are a gift and we usually watch them go away waiting for "beans in the teens", $5 corn, etc. Of course I'm talking to folks that grow and sell the stuff and need to make a living doing so. If you are just trading, nothing really matters because the time frames are so short so the best indicator might be the color of tie Buffet wears. | |
