South Georgia
Based on my experience with these types of projects, I would install two Ubiquiti Nanostation Loco M2 radios (one at your house, one at your shop, pointed at each other with a clear line of sight) to extend your network out to the building. At the building I would install a Ubiquiti Unifi Mesh access point. I am very satisfied with the performance of this configuration at my shop. If you would like to save some money and don't need a big "cloud" at your out building, you could install a Ubiquiti airGateway LR access point instead of the mesh. It would cost less and simplify your installation somewhat. I set this up for a friend in his farm shop and he is very satisfied.
