| What options are out there for farm land financing with long terms like 30-40 years besides FSA, to be able to make payments and still be able to put money back into the land and to farm it? Farm credit only has 20 year terms, and most lenders I’ve found are more than willing on a house and 5 acres but a house and 100 acres or even just 100 acres they have a issue with.. might be the reason no one can get started farming anymore. | |
