Central South Dakota | If your co-op or someone around had a sudenga pile loader you could rent or borrow, I would keep it lifted off the bottom of the bags a bit, turn the spout off to the side and start loading trucks while driving straight down the exposed pile. The bottom of the bags are going to be a bunch of scoop shovel and small loader work.
Second option would be to check with your insurance, if the bags burned, maybe they would pay for a recovery company to come in and pick up and recondition the grain and get it bagged again.
