Republic OH (NC OH) | I am the treasurer for our cemetery association.
when I joined the board, the bank wanted board
minutes where I was voted treasurer. I and the
president when to the bank to complete paperwork
as authorized signor on the checking account.
I would think as long as the endowment committee
passes a motion as to who is authorized to be on
the account, that should be all you need to add/remove
people.
