That's because there is no delivery in the hog markets.
There is no good reason that every major hog packing plant (5000+ hd/day) in the country isn't a delivery point for hogs.
There are 30 packing plants in 14 states that meet the 5000 hd/day criteria.
They pretty well cover the country West to East (Los Angeles to North Carolina and Pennsylvania) and North to South (Minnesota/Michigan to Missouri/Oklahoma)
