Hennepin, IL | Are you plugging the ipad directly into a Gen 1 20/20 or do you have the fieldview module and cable? If you have the module and cable, they get power from where the harness Y's into the display harness. That means you probably just have a faulty USB cable going to your ipad. If you actually have a Gen 2 display, ignore what I said and make sure it is plugged into the middle USB port on the back side. If that still doesn't charge, you have a faulty cord. | |
