We use a combination of a commercial calf starter and corn/oats/pellet mix both of which have bovatec.
The commercial calf starter works well and is 18-20% protein calf starter (contains a lot of molasses).
The corn/oats/pellet mix is similar to the commercial calf starter with less molasses and uses whole corn (less expensive and flows out of a self feeder).

For 4 head just stick with a commercial calf starter. Most feed mills carry some form of calf starter and will vary from $11-$18 per 50# bag. I like to leave them on the calf starter until they are about 250#. Make sure to get a starter with bovatec or deccox.
