Iowa | It is the hydac valve. I verified I have the valve oraficed correctly. I talked with agleader and they told me to adjust the relief pressure while I was using an scv. So we hooked a loop hose in an scv and ran it in flow while we commanded the autosteer to turn right and left to the stops while we had a pressure gauge hooked to the diagnostic port on the hydac valve. When we did this we would lose all our pressure reading on the gauge on the hydac valve. Is that supposed to happen? We checked pressure drop in each of our scv valves and have quite a few that bleed off fast so we are going to replace the barrels but I'm not sure if this will fix our issue or not. Something just seems screwy and it's tough to pinpoint what it is. I'm no expert on hydraulic load sense theory either. | |
