Yeah, I was trying to think of a way around it, but I think you're right. You definitely can't do it from within the job. Injection is a nice option, it could be turned on and off depending on the area of the field to start adding a product in when needed and shut it off when not needed. That would give you different products mapped separately without having to stop the job, or even stop rolling.
