Steer Command uses the RJ45 ethernet plug to communicate, make sure its plugged in and hasn't slipped out. I think on the back of the InCommand the ethernet plug is separate from the big plug that goes into the back of the monitor. Pretty sure the ethernet plug is the small round metal connector off to the side, make sure it is lined up and screwed into the back of the monitor all the way.
