Kansas | I have a White Mountain freezer and have only ever used the recipe that came with it. Everyone always raves about how good the ice cream is, so I haven't seen a need to look for a different recipe. It's an egg free recipe that still has all the flavor. I was thinking the other day that homemade ice cream sounded pretty good.
This is for a 4 qt freezer. If you check their website, they have it for a 2 or 6 qt.
4 Quarts
3 cups Milk (scald your milk)
1 3/4 cups Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Half and Half
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
3 cups Whipping Cream
