Guessing that Bootheel was referring to the activation transfer costs when moving activations from a 2600 to a 2630 or iTC to SF3000 to SF6000, in order to move those an activation must be purchased to move those activations, If moving between 2600's, 2630's, SF3000's Etc there is no cost unless the dealer charges the labor time to do it.
