277.0, went out Friday night with friends and family Easter get together yesterday. I can’t resist the candy and the bread. Unseasonably cool here and been wet, I’m glad I only gained a pound, had several lunch meetings over the week also. Ankle feeling better and been back on the treadmill and bike.
