NE ND | We put in a Unibridge about ten years ago. With concrete it was $50K. We still had to build a scale house for the electronics so probably 55 when all done. Sanstrom Scale out of Idaho did the install.

If your a grain elevator and going to weight zillions of trucks I wouldn't spent a fortune. Just make sure he concrete is done properly.
Edit, our is a 10X72. 11 wide would be nice. Problem here is it takes a lot of concrete to ensure you are down below frost line. The installers said they never put so much concrete under one.
