Driftless SW Wisconsin

dschilling92887 - 3/24/2018 08:26 A month is plenty of time. I try for a week minimum. Neighbors did some at only a day or two a few years ago, said it was their best corn that year. This all had spring tillage after the manure application so it help reduce any hot spots in the bands.

The key here is the tillage.

If you are going to try to strip over the manure slots, move a few inches to the side. Depends on how the manure was applied and how much. If not on corn centers  you could go at an angle to the manure.
