Subject: Re: Case IH 5400 drill

I've got maybe 6" of stop collars on the transport cylinders so that isn't the problem. I just didn't know any better and left the drill up all winter and stretched the tubes out. The few new replacements I had work fine and the stretched ones I cut 4" off the top to make them work while I wait for the new ones to arrive. It seems like a weak point in the design which I would have thought Case IH might have addresses by now.
