Ag Data Mapping Solution from GKTechnology Inc would be an excellent fit for what you want to do. Soil sampling software as well as zone creation from yield data, imagery, EM or EC. You can use any combination that fits your needs. ADMS also handles grids as good as anyone. ADMS can also write out VR prescriptions to most controllers.
