Another ignorant comment from someone who knows absolutely nothing about my operation.

I have wells drilled in the 1950's that were at 200 ft static level. They still are at 200 ft. Have 1,300 ft saturated thickness under me.

California uses that much and more per acre on cotton.

We can grow Pima cotton out here and it brings 1.45/lb right now. I clear 1,200/acre on cotton and will continue to do so from now until my son or grandson takes over. And the water will still be here.
