We've had two 9560Rs and currently run a 9520R and 9570R.  Only issue we had was a steering issue on the 9520R.  Turns out the hydraulic pressure was set too low from the factory.  If they were as bad as the other poster said our dealer wouldn't be able to rent enough shops in the country to work on them all.  So basically BS.
