jackson county WI | I kinda like grain trader idea on the 80-20 split. If neither of you are comfortable with that I would suggest you buy half the input and do it 50-50 with him.
For the guys who think $50 is to little of rent have never farmed "poor" Wisconsin ground. Some years 50 is too much. This type of ground is what got a lot of folks that where full of pi$$ and vinegar into a lot of trouble financially. | |
