Thanks everyone.

I familiar with the silver cap on the cab roofs of machines factory wired.

Tech was out today to work on some other stuff, so I had him look it up. He couldnt find anything about it on parts or service adviser.

Now I have to decide if I want to take the roof cap off and drill a hole or go with a mirror mount. Taking the roof off will be a pain in the butt, but would look nicer.
