Subject: Excel problem for someone who is bored... Non-ag related

SE MN
My wife does day care and she keeps track of the kids hours using excel. She wanted me to come up with a more simple way to keep track of the hours for each kid. The biggest problem I am having is that some kids are billed weekly and some are bi-weekly. The Template that I uploaded is the one I am working on. The other one with the month, she prints out and fills out each day, then takes that and types it into the other file that I attached. Plus, if the child is full time, they have a minimum of 35 hours. It would be nice if everything was in one spreadsheet, but I don't think it will be possible to get the information we need. She wants to have it so she doesn't have to enter all the information more then once, and I would like the computer to do most of the calculating. Maybe it would be best to do a different format then what I started? Maybe there is already something out there that will do this? Thanks for any help/input.
